Resolution Property has delivered very strong Q1 leasing activity
In Q1 2025 Resolution has completed lettings exceeding 8,500 sqm across its assets under management in the UK and continental Europe.
The largest letting has been that to IWG (Regus) of 6,000 sqm at Pegasus Park in Brussels. IWG have committed to a 12-year lease and are consolidating two existing offices on the park into an existing building which is being modernised for them.
Other significant lettings include:
- Royal Exchange: 1,570 sqm let to Zscaler (IT) in the Royal Exchange at a rent 68% above the previous passing rent;
- Smithson Plaza: level 3 (350 sqm) at Smithson Tower being let to CGP (PE) at a rent of €147.50 psf – a new benchmark rent for the lower part of the tower;
- Floreasca Park: 262 sqm let to Aliant (IT) in Building B at Floreasca Park; and
- Moretown: A letting of 5,000 sq.ft to Unity (serviced offices) at Moretown.
At present the Q2 letting pipeline is looking strong with over 5,000 sqm of lettings currently in lawyers’ hands.
