Paris Realty Fund (PAREF) was founded in 1991, it is a leader in real estate investment and fund management in Continental Europe. Headquartered in Paris, it is listed on the Euronext Paris and obtained the French SIIC (Listed Real Estate Investment Companies) qualification in 2005.
Fosun Group became the majority shareholder of PAREF in 2017 with a focus in commercial and residential real estate investment and third-party fund management. As of June 30, 2021, PAREF’s total assets under management reached 2.4 billion euros.
