More Leasing Success at Smithson Plaza

Over the past week further progress on the leasing of Smithson Plaza has been achieved by Resolution with completion of the lease to Growth Capital Partners (GCP) on the 3rd floor (3,464 sq ft) of the Tower following practical completion of the fitout works by the landlord, and the signing of an agreement for lease on the 2nd  floor (3,446 sq ft) of the tower with alternative investment manager Lodbrok Capital.  

 

Both lettings were achieved at rents exceeding the business plan and on the basis of the landlord providing a turnkey (Cat B) office as is becoming increasingly common for smaller office premises such as these within the London market. 

 

The latest letting to Lodbrok has increased the occupancy of Smithson Plaza from 71.5% to 75.8%. With a further lease being finalised on the plaza café unit occupancy is soon expected to reach 80%, whilst we target occupancy at 90% by the end of 2025.
